Job Description for the Accountant
The main responsibilities will include:
- Updating Cash Books for all payments and receipt and preparing bank reconciliation.
- Process suppliers payments that include batching invoices, writing and sending cheques, controlling statements handling, ssuppliers and internal queries.
- Analysing Credit Card Payments and recharging other homes if necessary.
- Preparation of pre-process payroll documents.
- Supervision of Petty Cash ledger.
- Review Residents Personal Expenses.
- Scanning all documents (eg: invoices, bank statements, payroll) and indexing them into system.
- Dealing with all other relevant duties relating to accounts.
- Answering phones.
The ideal candidate will be hard working, enthusiastic and will have excellent organizing skills. Must have very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel spreadsheets. Will need to be a good team player and be able to work under own initiative.
